It was backbreaking work that involved being crouched on one's knees for hours on end. The other workers were almost entirely immigrants from Poland and Madagascar, and often they weren't paid. I had to fight tooth and nail to get paid when I wanted to leave. That experience taught me so much about how many people live and work. I didn't last nearly as long as you did, but I definitely learned a ton. Mad props!
