I established a multi award winning sustainable travel Blog Make Travel Fair in 2006, after turning my back on the Oil & Gas industry. I have since been a tourism development consultant, a social media advisor, a businessman, a web designer and developer, a technology manager, a writer, a chef in restaurant kitchens on both sides of the Atlantic and filled a number of roles in between. I never need too much persuasion to up sticks and explore a new part of the world.
