You hit it early on with the number of volunteers thing - tell the volunteers' names and email addresses. If you've secured a location, provide the address. Get estimates in writing and provide copies to submit with your package so the reviewers can see you're serious. Going a little overboard with preparation (tell ing them where you will buy your supplies, showing that you are looking for the best deal to make the most of the money) will make your application stand out.
