		<description>It&#039;s hardly fair to hold developing countries up to the same standards as developed is it? To say, well China isn&#039;t going to commit to this, so we&#039;re not either. It&#039;s a complex issue to be sure, but that&#039;s why there are experts. They need to sort it out and stop all the posturing, cuz in the end we all lose.</description>
