      I’ve given up HFCS. No more soda, gator-aid, english muffins and most breads, ice creams, sorbets, candy ….

      what it comes down to is: everything we eat must be limited to small portions because of what is in EVERYTHING. I’m going to limit even more from now on

    I’m all for limiting the intake of this stuff into my body and for my 2 year old who’s at the 10th percentile in size and weight. If she eats well and stays active, she’ll likely stay at the 10th percentile (I sure hope, but it may not be too hard to do from the looks of things!).
