We love crushing SPAM at Matador and if you are polluting our community with ANY sort of content intentionally promoting or linking to a commercial entity, your blogs will get nuked and your entire profile erased, without apology. If you want to promote your tours or hotel, go do it on Trip Advisor. Matador is for real stories from real travelers ONLY.

Having read that, want to contribute to Matador Network? There are a number of ways it can happen:

1. Publish compelling photography, writing and other media at your community blog.

Matador editors are always searching the community for innovative work. Publish interesting content on your community blog and you may find them reaching out to you directly to buy your work and publish it on the Network.

2. Submit work directly to our editorial staff.

When breaking stories and news events occur, Matador looks to community members on location to be our eyes and ears on the ground. If you don’t yet already, please follow us on Twitter and Facebook. Messaging us when breaking events occur is the quickest way to get set up with a paid assignment if you’re on location and can cover a story.
