Going to Sudan!
And I’m psyched. I wrap up my volunteering in 2 weeks but before I leave Uganda for good, I get to go on one last trip to Kitgum (northern Uganda) and South Sudan. I know I’ve been awful about posting stuff about my experience in Uganda…Yeah yeah. This whole blogging thing is a strange and tricky beast. And I’m lazy. But I’ll definitely post something about this visit to Sudan when I get back. If it’s anything like the last trip, there will be rebels, guns, river fording, cobras, heat lightening, and a lotta muddy roads. Bring it.

I’m so astounded you’re in Africa and I want to be there someday. You’re doing lots of good no doubt and gaining experiences to tell your grandchildren
. I just read you’re a songwriter. And I have these song lyrics I wrote… that possibly only a woman like yourself, a traveler, can write the music for. What do you think? Possible?
