  1. Ooooooooh Pisco sours! Another indelible memory of and from Peru :)

    One of my favorites were anticuchos – in this case, grilled chicken hearts. Even to write that (still) sends shivers up my spine . . . but once in your mouth . . . Yummmmm!

    And as for potatoes . . . you would expect a lot of ‘em in the country that ‘invented’ them :) I loved the Peruvian potatoes so much that I now live in the (potato) state of Idaho ;)
