Admittedly, I'm a late bloomer. As such, I'm champing at the bit--I feel a great sense of urgency regarding my desire to teach, travel (current places of interest are northern India and Africa), get healthier, and see my novels in print (I'd also love to see them on the silver screen). I do want to see MUCH more of the world, and by (nearly) any means possible. I've often thought of being a travel writer and photographer, especially now that I'm enjoying photography so much. However, teaching English remains extremely important to me. I worked at a university in Henan Province, China, and I retain the most priceless memories from that experience. I became very close to my students and am still in touch with several to this day.
