This technically wasn’t an assignment, but I would love to get feedback from everyone. (Thanks for the idea, Candice!)

Which bio do you like the best??

#1: Nancy Harder is a freelance pianist, singer, writer, and photographer who splits her time between North Carolina and the rest of the globe. She has a B.M in Piano Performance and is working on an M.M in Collaborative Piano. Her musical performances and travels have taken her to 22 countries. She believes in approaching travel creatively and consciously.

#2: Nancy Harder is a musician and writer with an affinity for holistic health and observing different cultures. When not capturing paradigms and reflections through music, writing, and photography, she is searching the globe for the best vegan cuisine.

#3: Nancy Harder is a Southern-bred world explorer, pianist, singer, writer, and photographer. When she is not out traveling the world, she is busy composing, blogging, teaching, doing yoga, meditating, and experimenting with vegan cuisine.

Hey-thanks for the feedback. #2 does seem to be the general consensus. Sweet!

Yeah, I’ve kinda had my alter-ego travelwriter thing going on in my blog. Even if you go to the “about me” section I have a seperate section for my music bio. I’m thinking about doing some posts that tie more into music though…

I like #2 too – but it would be nice to throw in the whole musical performances making you travel thing – cuz that just sounds super cool.

@Rob I think you’re right about the southern thing. Maybe North Carolina-bred? But I think I’m liking #2 too…

I like #2 the best, seems more concise.

#3 ‘southern bred’ is very vague on a global scale, South USA? South America? Australia? South pole?
