		<description>Socially conscious consumers are forcing large corporations to adopt corporate social responsibility initiatives by using their purchasing dollars as voting ballots.  It is great to see these changes taking place not only in food, but also in apparel and technology as well when it comes to organic, fair trade, and recyclable materials/processes.</description>
