Today’s travel tip comes from Matador community member, Turner Wright. Check out his blog, Keeping Pace in Japan .

If there is one practical habit I’ve carried on after my experience in Japan, it’s to always have a few crisp business cards in my pocket at all times.

You never know who you’ll meet and need to hurriedly pass along contact information on a daily basis.

That was my reason for getting business cards specially made with an emphasis on simplicity – displaying only my name and email address.

However, getting cards made abroad proved to be a challenge.

After extensive searching (totaling 10 minutes on Google), I discovered Vista Print – http://www.vistaprint.com.

Vista Print allows you to design your own business cards which can then be shipped to many locations in North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania.

And hey, if you want to get your name printed in foreign language characters, they can do that as well.

Look the part of a card-carrying vagabond!
