Though the concept is truly simple, Twitter is daunting to look at if you’re unfamiliar with it. Why does everyone’s name look like half an email address? What is a trending topic, and what could “World Cup” and “Justin Bieber” possibly have in common? Why are some words treated like a number? #confusing
For these questions and more, Twitter has unveiled their new Help Center and Twitter YouTube account, complete with video tutorials on how to finding folks to follow, timelines, and utilizing the mighty power that is retweeting.
