Just a small note: GoodRead&#039;s &lt;b&gt;swapping&lt;/b&gt; feature is currently available for the US only, but people from all over the world can sign in and access their other features (reviews, bookshelf, forums, etc.). I&#039;ve been a member for over a year :)

Basically, as long as you&#039;re willing to review the book, you just sign up for any ARCs you&#039;re interested in reading.
