THE SECOND EDITION of the Syngenta Photography Award called amateur and professional photographers to explore the global challenges associated with the theme “Scarcity Waste”. The art work that resulted from the artists’ examination of the topic presents us an incredibly sad vision of what our planet looks like.

The best photographs have been selected (90 of them) and sorted out into four thematic areas: Planet Under Pressure, Our Footprint, Food Waste, and Shaping Our Future.

The exhibition is daily from 11 March until 10 April 2015, at Somerset House in London. The full exhibition is also available online.
