I love it! When I went to the doctor and found out I was pregnant, the only piece of advice he gave me was – ‘book a holiday’. So there you have it – doctor’s orders.

Great tips! When I was pregnant all I heard was what I couldn’t or shouldn’t be doing. #2 is good advice for all pregnant women. You find new ways to do things but you don’t have to stop all together.

I wonder too, can a destination country refuse access to someone late in their pregnancy? Like if they think you’ll be a burden on their health care system?
