This Surfer Paints Murals on Icebergs to Alarm the World About Climate Change

SEAN YORO (AKA HULA) IS AT IT AGAIN, but this time he’s left Brooklyn and has taken his SUP board to a much colder location.

The Hawaiian-native artist took his pots of acrylic paint to create amazing art on icebergs.

Yoro’s new series of murals was entitled A’o ‘Ana, i.e. The Warning.

The location of Yoro’s ephemeral murals are secret, but he hopes that “[…] for those who find them, […] they ignite a sense of urgency, as they represent the millions of people in need of our help who are already being affected from the rising sea levels of Climate Change.”
