I have conducted my fair share of interviews. This part is guaranteed to creep me out. This might be a US vs Europe thing, but dropping someones name in the middle of a conversation like that feels very unnatural to me. The only effect it would have on me is that i start doubting your sincerity. Good set of advice, however:
