Great writeup, photos and advice for the sake drinker. Down my way in Okinawa the local sake is called awamori and it&#039;s brewed a bit differently, more like 50-80 proof.  Gives you massive headaches if you spend a night drinking both, sake and beer. But, the local sake alone, not a problem.  Once you get over thinking it smells like a cross between Ronson Lighter Fluid and Kerosene and get a l&#039;il buzz, it goes down pretty smooth.
