Greetings, all. Can someone tell me the name of the tattoo shop on Kao San Road in the McDonald’s mall entry way, please? If you walk in the ‘mall’ McDonald’s is on the right; to the laft and forward a bit, is a tattoo shop. I think it’s called “Mr. (something).”

Any memories?

Hi Nathan, I agree with you on Brick Bar being a great pub, the only reason it didn’t make the list is because it’s on Khao San road (and not near it). It’s very good for watching drunk Thai students dancing very badly, and then after a few more drinks, joining them.

I’d recommend Brick Bar, on the east end of Khaosan Rd, north side of the road – head in past the Mcdonalds. Reggae/Ska every night, always packed with young thais and big name regulars like Teddy Ska Band & T-Bone. Get there before 10:30pm if you want a decent table – cheap drinks too!

Its been afew years now, but I had a terrific evening at the Blues Bar a few streets off Khao San. Tiny, good blues band, good Sang Som (!). Will try to locate a pic and link to it…
