JFK's new Jet Blue terminal (Terminal 5, I believe) has some nice new restaurants, major improvement over past offerings. And Mexico City's Benito Juarez Airport has some very decent (albeit, not haute cuisine)-- you can get some fantastic chilaquiles before an early morning flight! Great round up.
