Spanish newscaster’s contact buzz or hoax?

I’m not sure if this is real. The newscaster says he’s in the mountains of Valencia for the army’s mass burning of marijuana plants. You don’t have to understand Spanish to understand what’s happening here.

    Hi, I’m spanish and this seems to be false, the voice sound like if I record it in the living room of my house, and actually it doesn’t feel like this guy is actually speaking spanish.

    I’ve seen this before, the guy actually speaks English. They must have dubbed a Spanish man over him, that’s why it sounds false.
