I love them dearly, but the first time I saw them I was not impressed. I saw them at the Junos though and they did a fabulous job. Also, as for metric, their new album is out, and stadium love is a fantastic song. Great Band from Vancouver: The Heck. Amazing lyrics, guitarist=wow. Don't get me wrong, I still listen to them and love them (especially the album Old World Underground, Where are you Now?) but they've been around for awhile. Anyways... I don't listen to a ton of indie anymore but other good Canadian artists include Wolf Parade, Apostle of Hustle and Gentleman Reg. Oh yeah, and listen to Elliott Brood!!!
