		<description>Definitely - if a skier goes out of clearly marked boundaries they are responsible for what happens, and should cover the costs if their choice impacts others (such as rescue workers).   </description>

		<description>All I know is being up on a mountain is inherently dangerous, even if the red tape is up. People aught to recognize the risks they take and yes, if you need a helicopter to haul you out you should foot the bill.  </description>
