Sometimes, you just want to talk to a human being.

This week, we’re rolling out some new services for prospective and current students in our travel writing and travel photography courses.

Here’s a quick summary:

Q&A SESSIONS:
If you’re considering enrolling in MatadorU but you’re on the fence or have questions about the program, you can get answers during our weekly Q&A sessions for prospective students. Email Julie at julie[at]matadornetwork[dot]com to register for a Skype session. Weekly sessions will be held on Thursdays at 10 AM Eastern; however, if you’re unavailable at that time, individual appointments can be made.

ORIENTATION SESSIONS:
In order to help new students set up their blogs, get acclimated to the forums, and have questions answered right away by faculty, we’re also launching weekly orientation sessions.

The standing time for weekly orientation sessions will be 10 AM Eastern each Monday; however, if you live in a time zone that puts that session in the middle of the night or otherwise need a schedule accommodation, we’re flexible.

Orientation sessions will be conducted via Skype. If you’ve enrolled in the past two weeks and would like to participate in next Monday’s orientation session, please email me at julie[at]matadornetwork[dot]com with your Skype ID.
