Congratulations to Sarah Park who was just named subscriptions ninja at BETA. In addition to being an editorial intern at Matador, Sarah is the project manager for 800.MAMMOTH, which is the reservations / customer service / beta department for the ski resort.
As far as her ninja service industry skills, she says:
I’ve chased customers up and down the street with left-behind wallets and watches, I’ve called people back to let them know I found a way to save them $100, I’ve dropped off birthday desserts to embarrassed diners, and I’ve even mailed out an 5′ by 8′ trail map of Mammoth Mountain to a kid who wanted to surprise his dad… so it’s safe to say that I’m pretty well versed in what’s within my power to try to keep customers happy and loving life — whenever possible and reasonable, anyway.
We’re super stoked to have her be the point person for BETA subscriptions.
