On Monday the awards were announced for the Fifth Annual Solas Awards winners, which included stories in categories such as Animal Encounters, Doing Good and Women’s Travel. In the category of Travel and Food, Matador editor Lola Akinmade took silver for her essay, Sweet Pillows! Congratulations, Lola!
