I'm much less concerned about in-flight wifi than I am about in-flight cell phone use. People already work away on their laptops on flights, and being online won't really change that. Whereas, people being allowed to use cell phones could really make the flight experience a whole lot worse than it already is. [Person shouting on red-eye: "Yeah.... I'm on the plane now... Yeah... the beverage cart is just coming... I know, right? ... Seriously."] Of course, I'm a laptop user who doesn't have a cellphone, so I could be a little biased! ;)
