Yeah, it’s impressive that someone so young could climb all seven summits. I wonder if he will attempt the second seven summits which are the second highest peaks on all seven contintents. Some say that they are tougher climbs due to the terrain.

Awesome post JoAnna!! Wow, this story is amazing. I agree with Josh, looking back at what I was doing a couple of years ago when I was 17 is sad. I love his outlook on life and definitely makes me want to rethink things!

I was really surprised that he did it all in one year. According to Jordan Romeo’s website, he’s been working on climbing these peaks for three years already, so he’ll probably break the record. But I agree ~ the stamina it must take to do all seven in one year is astounding (and it’s not cheap either)!

What’s incredible is that he did it all in one year. It seems as logistically tricky as it must have been physically challenging. And this 13 year old kid climbed Aconcagua? That’s even more unbelievable.
