The students didn't get yelled at and 25,000 is chump change for a school where out of state tuition is 25,000 and thousand of student go here. The fine only applies to SEC schools. It isn't regulated by the NCAA. It applies to football and basketball. That's not to say they don't exist, though. It does seem to me that the price tag on these fines is a bit much, though. Seems like people can't even be happy anymore without paying a price.
