Running with the bulls is all fun and games until someone takes a horn to the leg.

ACCORDING TO SPANISH lore, people have been running with the bulls since the 14th century. Thousands of people come to Pamplona every year to run, but it’s not without its dangers.

Every year, 200 to 300 people are injured from the run, and 15 people have died since 1910. We don’t have any background information about this photo, but it’s pretty safe to guess that this guy walked away with a few scars.

I just threw up in my mouth.

    • JoAnna Haugen

Pretty nasty, isn’t it? I’m not sure that’s how I’d like to remember my trip to Pamplona.

    +1 Bull

Just think about the guys who get that in the groin!

    • JoAnna Haugen

There’s a pretty high probability I’d rather not think about those who take it in the groin.

So here I was wondering why Candice was throwing up in her mouth. After all it does just look like a guy scared of a bull about to attack him.

    Then the realisation kicks in.

I bet he felt that the next morning

    • JoAnna Haugen

Yeah … I’m guessing he went home with some battle scars. I suppose you can either celebrate running with the bulls with a beer or a bunch of stitches.

Gruesome. I’m a little put off by photos like this being posted online.

      Brutal!

Can you imagine what their parents must be thinking? :)

Bleurgh!!! You can nearly see the horn coming out by his knee! Probably doesn’t help that most people do the bull running the morning after a pretty heavy night!
