Couples + Romantic

Many of us in the Matador community have taken our romantic relationships on the road at one time or another, traveling as one half of a couple. We understand that couples are often for looking different travel experiences than other travelers.

Based on this, we’ve profiled places and activities that may appeal to travelers in love, from traditional “romantic” destinations like Paris, Santorini, and Barbados, to lesser-visited alternatives (how about Tallinn?).

Moreover, the Matador community is the perfect place to gather some ground-level intel to put together your own romantic travel itinerary.
