Matador produces articles on how to write narrative nonfiction, including writing tips on creating scenes, using dialogue, and self-editing.

In addition we publish guides for freelance journalists ranging from freelancing tips to the ongoing evolution of media.

Matador is creating an ongoing conversation about the concept of ground level as an ethical underpinning for travel writing and nonfiction in general. We also teach formal writing programs at our new media school, MatadorU.
