Typically Cognac is supposed to be after the dinner meal. But it is also enjoyed thought the day!!! Yes you can add Cognac to taste with you coffee this is one of the few times that I prefer to drink Grand Marnier Hennessy or Remy Martin. I prefer to drink my Cognac with a slice of fresh pineapple and a small splash of Energy Drink!!! Enjoy

Please let me know when should cognac br drunk whether it is before meals or after. Further sometimes brandy is added to the coffee after meals, can cognac be added to the cup of coffee

We have visited the area recently, and the town was indeed a noteworthy stop. House of Hennessy did a pretty nice job covering basics of harvesting, distilling, and aging. And you get a quick boat trip and a testing too! The price varied depending on the grade of Cogniac offered for tasting, yet it was worth the money!
