		<description>Hal- Fantastic article. Do you know if reopening the palace was an Iraqi initiative/decision? And I&#039;d love to know what local media had to say about its opening. I suppose, as a historical artifact, the palace is worth preserving and opening up. On the other hand, that history is so fresh and recent, I can see how it might offend and even hurt people.</description>
