I LOVE THIS. Maybe it’s because I live in a culture where it’s not necessarily considered “manly” to be pampered, especially by other men.

I’ll be honest: I enjoy being pampered. I like getting my hair washed and my head massaged when I visit a salon. My feet scrubbed and rubbed during a pedicure (I’ve had two). My sore muscles worked by a skilled masseuse.

In my strange world, this video — filmed in New Delhi by director Tom Pietrasik — somehow validates all that. But more, I love the peek into this little subculture, something I would have had no idea of otherwise. To me, this is travel filmmaking / storytelling at its best.
