You would want to have a trash bag with all that stuff, then wear it on after youwent through security area. You would also be a really annoying person if it took you 10 minutes to get everything out of your pockets to put on the conveyor belt. I speak from experience, I have carried phone/camera, and power cords through, and that was enough to get stopped. If you come through with that towel on your back along with everything else....well, TSA will definitely take their time with you :) But the concept is a good one, just needs a little modificated to get through security.
