For over 3 years Nick has been killing it on YouTube with over 100 videos from San Fransisco, China, Australia and beyond.

Nick chows down on creepy crawlies like pro. Sometimes eating like a local can mean leaping out of your comfort and into a giant pile of…scorpions? However you like your arthropods cooked I think we can all agree that learning to fend yourself and eating what is on hand is a useful talent to wield while backpacking the world.
