A compilation of fast-moving footage from a month in Iceland

Bernat’s beautiful imagery from a month of photographing in Iceland proves my point yet again about this long-lasting affinity for time lapse videos by viewers, photographers, and filmmakers since 1897. Putting the country’s many natural features at high film speeds offers a new perspective that we can’t get from first hand experience. The bobbing icebergs on slate-blue water are impressive, as well as the fact that Bernat used a homemade dolly to achieve the dynamic movement.
