Jonaven hits the Vancouver surf to get back in tune with the nature of riding boards. The Season Episode 13

Almost everyone who does one adventure sport does several. Each of these different avenues uses different skills but they always influence each other to bring new techniques for handling situations. This is often interpreted as “style.” Jonaven’s style on a snowboard is heavily influenced by surfing as seen by the way he pops off the lip of a natural half-pipe as if it’s an ocean swell, rather than a man made skate-park feature. The sea is part of his vision as he bombs down big mountain chutes.
