The true meaning of the phrase “taste explosion.”

THE POPCORN IS SEALED in a pressurized cylinder that doesn’t let air in or out, so the kernels heat up but don’t expand and pop. Once everything is nice and toasty, you release the pressure, and the kernels all expand at the same time in a poptastic explosion. BOOM – popcorn, Chinese style.
