Amanda Machado

Amanda Machado is a writer, content strategist, and facilitator, who lives and works around the world. After teaching 9th grade English as a Teach for America corps member, she spent 15 months backpacking South America, Southern Asia, Western Europe and the United States. She's continued living nomadically ever since. She has written for The Atlantic, Vox and other online publications, and has worked as a contributing editor for Matador Network.
