Matador Originals explore the landscape of travel, culture, conservation, and social issues around the world.

If you haven’t had a chance to check out Matador Originals, you’re in for a treat. You’ll find everything from stories of a Maasai Warrior’s return home to the last living traditional tattoo artist in the Philipines.

Our web series investigate what it’s really like for Westerners to travel in Iran and how one Black traveler makes it his mission to spread positivity across Europe. We’ve produced multiple conservation documentaries, from big cats in Africa to marine biologiests studying ecosystems in the unlikliest of places. And we’ve highlighted important social issues from women’s empowerment to the continued stigma of living with HIV.

Matador is currently looking for new story concepts, filmmakers, and talent for upcoming original productions, as well as already completed films for distribution. Please fill out the following form, and attach any relevant decks or media assets for consideration.
