2. Papa Bois

This Caribbean food truck can be found all around Seattle satisfying your taste buds. You’ll be stuffed after having their soft shell crab and plantains, with a side of pistachio rice and verde sauce.

3. The Biscuit Box

These fluffy biscuits will make you feel like you’re at your grandmother’s house. You can choose between savory ones like mushrooms and gravy or sweet, like their sweet cream butter with strawberry jam.

4. Hallava Falafel

The delicious spices you smell as soon as you walk up to the truck will make it hard to decide what to get. Try the popular falafel sandwich with a side of double dipped fries.

5. Caravan Crêpes

These crepes are the perfect meal for brunch or dinner. Try a savory one like the Hobuck crepe, filled with ham, emmentaler, and gruyere cheese.

Perfect sunny day for our last trip to the crepe food truck before we move off campus. Really going to miss her yummy deliciousness. #seattle #foodtruck #caravancrepes #crepes #nofilter
