I just read on PetaPixel that a new law was signed in Tennessee that outlaws the publication of offensive or frightening images to the Internet. Apparently, the law isn’t limited to only one-on-one conversations, as “anyone who sees the image is a potential victim.” This means that posting anything that could potentially cause emotional distress to anyone is a crime punishable by up to one year in jail and $2,500 in fines.

…So, apparently all of the Internet is illegal in Tennessee?
