Have you ever bought something from the in-flight menu and felt guilty about paying so much for so little? It happens, but it’s not necessary to feel that way if you’re flying in economy class. By purchasing that ticket you’ve already saved lots of money, so you’d have to almost buy the entire menu to make up the price difference between economy and business class.

The guys at Just the Flight had this same idea but got curious about how many cans of beer, pesto sandwiches or bottles of champagne you’d have to purchase to make up the difference between both tickets. They researched a few short haul flights all over Europe and created this infographic with the results. You’ll never feel guilty again about that in-flight snack you bought.
