It is said to become active by the end of this year.

As a citizen of the world, I refuse…REFUSE…to live on such a beautiful planet, with such hatred and fear being circulated. If we are to live together, we must love together as well. And if this is somehow being hindered, action mus happen to support those who are persecuted. I urge everyone who sympathizes with me to spread this message. It is imperative to let Ugandan parliament become aware of how hateful this bill truly is, and most importantly, that it will not be tolerated.

To be a traveler is to be one who appreciates all variations of  culture and humanity, and to me, love is the highest form of existence there is. My position is not to stand by and simply know of suffering taking place and do nothing. Please help to spread the message. <3
