Barnaby has an insatiable appetite for travel. Despite hypothermia in the Shetland Islands as a toddler, and contracting malaria in Nigeria at sixteen, he has roamed extensively. Wanderings began as a trombonist, touring with orchestras and theatre companies, before branching into the heady sphere of rock and roll tours. He has written for sites such as GoNomad.com, The Expeditioner and BootsnAll, as well as contributing regularly to UK print magazine, “Trucking”. Happiest as far from a television as possible, he continues to engage in that simple pleasure of exploring by foot. Recounted tales can be found at barnabywrites.com.
