Celebrate Women’s History Month with Matador Network all throughout March
Join us in March for Women’s History Month 2018! Matador will be releasing several new Matador Original films, each telling stories of young women blazing new trails, and serving as examples for other women to empower themselves and their communities.
- In Her Shoes follows a day in the life of Rani, a young woman from Mumbai who revolutionizes her life, refusing to let the difficult circumstances of her family and caste dictate her future.
- In Who Knows Where?, we follow Monet Izabeth as she travels on the Annapurna Base Camp Trek in Nepal, hilariously dispelling the myth that it’s dangerous or difficult for women to travel.
- Traveling Jules: Korea is a boots-on-the-ground look at some of Korea’s most vibrant cultural offerings and adventures with host Juliana Broste.
- And finally, Tribes Without Borders follows four female surfers and cultural ambassadors as they cruise through the Middle East in search of clean lines and local culture.
Stay tuned this March for all of these videos coming at Matador Originals.
In addition, we will be publishing written content and many videos highlighting amazing women all around the world, right here and on our social channels. Make sure to follow Matador on Facebook and on Instagram to see it all.
