I LEARNT to drive on the right, so when I lived in Ireland, where people drive on the left side of the road, I decided to put my license away and use public transportation instead. According to Statista, “163 countries and territories have right-hand drive traffic while vehicles use the left-side in 76 countries” and “only four countries in Europe still drive on the left […] the UK, the Republic of Ireland, Malta and Cyprus.”
